At TheTestAutomation, we stand behind the quality of our courses. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all eligible course purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
Our goal is to ensure you feel confident in your investment. We believe in the value of our content and want you to have a risk-free learning experience.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You must have accessed less than 25% of the total course content, including video lessons, reading materials, and quizzes.
- The course must not fall under our Non-Refundable Items category (see below).
- No refund requests will be accepted after the 7-day window has expired, regardless of completion percentage.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@thetestautomation.com with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Course name and purchase date
- Reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Please ensure the email is sent from the account associated with your purchase.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. If you do not see the refund within 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Promotional courses purchased during special sales, flash deals, or limited-time offers.
- Bundle deals — once any course within a bundle has been accessed, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable.
- Courses purchased with discount codes exceeding 50% of the original price.
- Corporate training packages and customized enterprise solutions.
- One-on-one mentoring sessions that have already been scheduled or conducted.

Course Cancellation by TheTestAutomation
In the unlikely event that TheTestAutomation cancels a course you have purchased, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. You will be notified via email, and the refund will be processed using the same payment method within 5–7 business days.
If a course is significantly altered or discontinued, we may also offer a prorated refund or alternative course access at our discretion.
