The following purchases are not eligible for any refund, including the 7-day money-back guarantee:
- Courses purchased with discount codes above 50% — When a course is bought using a promotional discount code that exceeds 50% of the original listed price, the purchase is considered final. These deeply discounted offerings are provided at special rates and are non-refundable.
- Free trial conversions — If you upgrade from a free trial to a paid course, the resulting purchase is non-refundable. The free trial is designed to let you evaluate the course before committing financially.
- Corporate training packages — Bulk or enterprise training arrangements, including customized curricula, team enrollments, and organization-specific content, are non-refundable once agreed upon and delivered. These packages often involve significant upfront preparation and customization.
- One-on-one mentoring sessions — Personal mentoring sessions that have been scheduled, conducted, or are within 24 hours of their scheduled time are non-refundable. These sessions involve dedicated expert time that cannot be reclaimed.
- Already completed courses (100% content accessed) — If you have accessed or completed 100% of the course content, including all video lessons, quizzes, assignments, and downloadable resources, the purchase is non-refundable regardless of the purchase date.
- Flash sale and limited-time offer purchases — Courses purchased during flash sales, Black Friday deals, or other limited-time promotional events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated during the promotion.
- Gift cards and course credits — Purchased gift cards and prepaid course credits are non-refundable once activated or delivered to the recipient.
